How to Refund a Product?
Your purchase may not always meet your needs and we understand that. In order to ensure that the return process is as hassle free as possible, we ask that you please contact us should a return be needed. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and your input helps us improve our products and service. When you contact us for a return, a mondatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. This number will help expediate the process of your exchange, or refund.
When returning any items, please include the RMA number which can be obtained by contacting us. Custom Products, such as pre-welded bands, are not eligible for returns, Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of order parcel signed for under the following conditions:
1.) All products must be in new and re-sellable condition, of current design, and in its original packaging.
2.) Returns must be evaluated to ensure physical condition or product count is accurate. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to your account for any items that are returned past the 30 day return deadline.
3.) Products must be packaged so as to arrive at Seller’s facility undamaged
4.) A copy of the RMA authorization and original invoice must accompany the products
Due to OSHA regulations regarding possible exposure to blood borne pathogens, 5ADental is prohibited from accepting instruments for evaluation without proof of sterilization. Unless proof of sterilization is evident, we reserves the right to either destroy these items or return them to the customer.
Seller’s Customer Returns Department’s evaluation of the condition of products and count are final.
When returning all or part of an order, customer should ship via a traceable process.
Several conditions must be met before will refund an item.
We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. You should also contact our Customer Support and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you.
We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by 5ADental. This means that damaged items not caused by 5ADental cannot warrant a full refund.
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
Usually can and will offer complete and partial refunds on most of the items.
When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item and offer a complete refund if the above required conditions is met. If there are missing or parts and accessories, we can offer a partial refund depending on the item condition.
All packages that warrant a complete and partial refund will have its original shipping fee (from to you) refunded as well!

Want to Replace a Product?
Several conditions must be met before will replace an item. Note that some of our items are non-replaceable. You should also contact our Customer Support and one of our customer representatives will be glad to clarify for you. If this caused by 5Adental, will ship the replaced package back to you with no charge! We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from back to you).
Otherwise, will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to ).
All items have 31days (from customer receiving the package to the customer contacting us) before becoming non-replaceable.
5Adental reserve the right to issue an approximately 15% restocking fee based on the condition and specification of the item.
Need to Repair a Product?
5ADental will repair your item/items if there is ever a problem with it. You should also contact our Customer Support and one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to clarify for you. A repairing fee might apply depending upon the reason and condition of the damaged item.
When the package finally returns to our office, we will examine the item, identify the problem, and send the package on its way for repair. Note that the time it takes to repair will differ from item to item. For more information please contact our customer representatives for clarification.
If this caused by 5ADental, we will ship the repaired package back to you with no charge! We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from back to you).
Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to ).

If we discover nothing wrong with the item/items, we will promptly ship the item/items back to you. You will be responsible for the shipping fees.
5Adental warrants that all products sold to its customers are free from defects in material and workmanship. 5ADental’s liability and the customer’s sole remedy in the event of any claimed defect shall be limited to replacement of product or refund of purchase price only. 5ADental shall in no way be held responsible for any incident or damages, foreseeable or not, caused by defective merchandise. Any and all implied warranties are waived and excluded. 5ADental must be notified in writing of any claimed defects within 30 days from shipment date.
5ADental warrants Pliers to be free from manufacturer defects up to one (1) year from date of invoice. Failure to follow recommended use, maintenance, care and cleaning procedures will void any warranty claims. All cleaning and care instructions are included within each new plier package. The use of a rust inhibitor and appropriate lubrication is required. The warranty does not include the normal routine maintenance such as periodic sharpening. 5ADental will replace pliers which are defective under the above terms and which have not been misused or mishandled.
